A hookless shower curtain, as its name suggests, is one that connects to the shower without using metal or plastic hooks. Instead, the top of the shower curtain is threaded through the rod that runs through the length of the shower. If you are buying a new shower curtain hookless or are even replace an old shower curtain hook variety, you need to make a few measurements first. Curtain shower curtain rod-hangs beside a shower in the same way a curtain is hung on a window: a loop in the fabric, the length of the fabric extends, slides on the shower rod.
Another type of hookless shower curtain is one that has small holes that line the top of the curtain. Instead of hooks that go through these holes, the rod itself passes through the holes, so that a curtain easily slides back and forth.
Hookless shower curtain tied are attached to the rod by two ropes, tapes or other durable material. The rope, tape, is tied around the rod, hard enough to not waste, but loose enough to slide around the rod. For those who do prefer hooks or any of the alternatives, a sliding door of glass or plastic can be installed instead of a curtain.
